I wanted to work with darks and lights and their influence on color

I wanted to play with the relationship of darks and lights on color. I chose a very static, almost very boring motif, the doorway to the entrance of a cathedral or church. I wanted to just see if I could do something exotic with this almost very boring, very ignorable image and turn that into a work of art. This is what resulted.

 I love to experiment with photos of beautiful women and I love to do digital art. So I'm creating photo paintings of beautiful women with photoshop and painter.
